Acceptance of Terms

By using MintPick (“the service”), including our mobile app and the web app at mintpick.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

MintPick is a card centering measurement and grade prediction tool for trading card collectors. The service provides centering ratio measurements and estimated grades based on image analysis.

Not a Grading Service

MintPick is not affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any official grading company. Grade predictions are estimates based on centering measurements only and do not guarantee actual grading results. Centering is one of several factors considered in professional grading.

Subscriptions

• MintPick offers a free tier (with ads on mobile) and a Pro subscription (ad-free with additional features).
• Mobile app: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings.
• Web app: Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. They auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Manage or cancel from the Settings page.
• Pricing may change with notice. Existing subscribers will be honored at their current rate through the end of their billing period.

User Accounts (Web App)

To save scans and access your Board across devices on the web, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any content (images) you process through the service.
• Do not use the service for fraudulent purposes (e.g., misrepresenting card condition in sales listings).
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our machine learning endpoints.

Intellectual Property

MintPick and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MintPick and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

MintPick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from card purchasing decisions made based on the service's measurements or predictions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
